This is a factory Master Cylinder off of a 76 750K. I could not get the finish to strip off so I used a fine Twist lock disk and removed the finish. This piece is so smooth to start with that I skipped the Medium disk phase. The lever, single throttle and dogbone risers are also aluminum pieces I polished.

This is a stock Front brake caliper off of the same 76 750K. It was by far one of the hardest pieces to polish. Because of all of the grooves it took a long time. It is also one of the pieces I am the most proud of.

This is the front assembly on my chopper. the only part of the front end that is chrome is the drag bar tubes and the fork tubes. All of the rest of the shining metal is polished aluminum. This should give you a good Idea of how much time I have spent polishing aluminum. I still haven't touched the engine. That is a whole project by itself
